part-time receptionist/administrative assistant



Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years office/receptionist experience
  • Proficiency in use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Detailed and accurate data entry skills


Preferred Skills:

  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Efficient organizational skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Ability to learn and use Studio Designer interior design software
  • Comfortable working in Adobe Suite products for marketing material a plus. 
  • Comfortable working in PowerPoint a plus. 
  • Ability to learn interior design terminology
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company records/information
  • Appreciation for interior design, art and architecture


Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct the caller to the appropriate team member
  • Accept incoming deliveries
  • Greet guests/vendors
  • Be proactive in ordering office supplies
  • Conduct miscellaneous office filing
  • Schedule vendor presentations
  • Book travel for colleagues 
  • Arrange and pick up meals for staff/client meetings
  • Schedule courier pick-ups
  • Execute miscellaneous office errands (i.e. FedEx/DHL/post office drop-off, pick up office supplies etc)
